The Production Associate is responsible for assembling climate‑control components and handling materials in a safe, efficient manner, while maintaining quality standards and inventory control.
Additional duties include supporting overall factory workflow, maintaining a clean work environment, and actively participating in meetings and training initiatives to improve processes and compliance.
- Assemble Sycool units and non‑foam panel door/jamb assemblies.
- Perform final assembly of foam panel doors, including installing handles and hinges.
- Execute safe material handling and operate hand/power tools, cranes, forklifts, and vacuum lifters.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure Kanban compliance.
- Follow Munters Quality System and complete in‑process quality assurance check sheets.
- Observe and enforce all safety regulations.
- Assist with factory operations to meet schedules and quality targets.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and work groups to resolve issues and share knowledge.
- Use measuring devices and read mechanical/electrical blueprints accurately.
- Work standard schedules, including required overtime and weekend hours.

Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints, proficiency with measuring devices, and strong mechanical aptitude. - Complete Munters orientation, quality assurance, safety awareness, and Assembly II mechanics training.
