  • Maintains and tracks economic uplift of various decisions. Evaluates and coordinates opportunities within the refining system to capture synergies.
  • Coordinates with System Optimizers, Director of Business Operations, Trading, Refining, Economics and Planning personnel to identify and evaluate economics of available supply/demand balances to realize commercial opportunities.
  • Participates in forecast on balances and credits. Gathers and develops supply/demand balances and optimization of compliance efforts.
  • Communicates system opportunities for optimum refinery operation in 30120 day period to Trading and Refineries. Communicates marginal economics on various options to Trading and Optimization.
  • Provides support to the strategy implementation and business development activities. Includes unit startups or shutdowns to minimize business impacts from regulatory requirements.
