Support business development activities including proposal writing, pursuit strategy, and client presentations.
Lead the development of bridge design deliverables, including concept reports, structure selection reports, design calculations, construction documents, cost estimates, and schedules.
Manage and execute bridge planning, design, construction engineering, and rehabilitation, projects.
Actively participate in client relations, helping translate client needs into project deliverables and technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers; foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado (or ability to obtain within one year)

Solid knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and DOT design standards
Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Familiarity with CDOT or other public agency bridge design standards
