Perform pre-operation inspections and maintain equipment in a clean and safe operating condition.
Follow all plant safety, environmental, and quality policies, including PPE use, chemical handling, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Supply materials and components to mixing, filling, and packaging lines as scheduled.
Review daily work orders and pick lists to determine required items.
Operate shrink wrap machine to secure product(s) on skid.
Work performed primarily on the production floor, in proximity to mixing, filling, and packaging operations.
Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or material discrepancies immediately to supervision.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the production floor.
Coordinate with production operators and leads to ensure consistent material flow and minimize downtime.
Assist with basic material handling tasks such as labeling, repackaging, or palletizing when necessary.
Assist in setting up and changing over production areas by moving drums, totes, and other materials as directed.
Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free production area.
Maintain accurate material identification and placement according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Remove finished product from the production lines and transfer to designated staging or storage areas.

1–2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to work in an industrial environment includes exposure to chemicals, outdoor elements, and varying temperatures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
Use of PPE (gloves, goggles, respirators, etc.) required.
Reliable attendance, flexibility to adjust to production needs, and a positive, safety-first attitude.
Familiarity with material identification, lot tracking, and labeling processes.
Understanding of weights and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Strong counting and basic math skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, or kneel for extended periods in varying temperature conditions.
Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Forklift certification preferred; must be willing to obtain company certification.
Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Experience working around chemical or light industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of plant safety and environmental regulations.
