Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately
Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites
Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications
Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus
2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades
