Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met. Overseeing the development of project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
Proactively informs shopfloor issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions & Works independently with cross functional department for solution.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Organization and cross functionally domestic organizational activity. (Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations and Customer Service) to meet project schedules.
Acquiring necessary services, materials and equipment from both external and internal suppliers, helping in negotiations, addressing claims , and managing project changes .
Collaborating with engineering and customers to secure timely approval of drawings and documents, resolving all project – related queries or issues during the execution phase.
Develops a project – specific master documents list and ensure regular updates. executes process activities while maintaining documentation in accordance with ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization through training, coaching, and best practice sharing
Collaborate with stakeholders to map, analyse, and optimize business processes
Proactively plans, Monitors and controls project activities, encompassing project handover, execution planning and oversight to achieve objectives.
Implement Lean Manufacturing methods such as Shop Floor Management, 5s, TPM, Changeover
