Deep knowledge of logistics, international trade regulations, customs, and supplier compliance.
Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
10+ years of progressive experience in global sourcing or procurement; renewable energy, manufacturing, or electronics industry background strongly preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing diverse, international teams.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and South America.
