Be responsible for the team’s talent management lifecycle including but not limited to; recruitment suggestions, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
Be responsible for the health and safety performance within their team, including the monitoring of leading and lagging indicators.
