

A data‑driven industrial real estate investment manager focused on last‑mile logistics facilities.
Responsibilities include managing site visits, appraisals, environmental reports, PCAs, surveys, title, insurance, estoppels, and other lender deliverables; maintaining trackers and document flow; and coordinating communication between lenders, consultants, attorneys, and internal teams.
In addition, this role will support onboarding and offboarding of assets across the portfolio and take on ad hoc project management initiatives during periods of lower loan volume. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced real estate private equity environment.
We are seeking a talented Transaction Coordinator to serve as the quarterback for all administrative and coordination tasks related to portfolio loans, refinancings, and asset transitions, ensuring smooth execution and freeing senior team members to focus on strategy, negotiations, and credit decisions.
Competitive base salary in the $90,000-$125,000 range, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus
