Requirements

• Desirable skills & experience NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Experience supporting apprenticeships, vocational qualifications or trainee development programmes
• Proven experience in vocational training delivery and assessment within the utility sector
• Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., IOSH, IIRSM)
• Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent)
• Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification (Award/Certificate or equivalent)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience delivering NRSWA units for Operative and Supervisor levels
• Previous experience in utility industry training (construction, water, gas, electricity sectors)
• Experience in developing and updating course materials and e-learning content
• Experience delivering manual handling, abrasive wheels, EUSR SHEA and First Aid (including certification to deliver approved courses)
• Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of compliance, awarding-body requirements and industry health & safety standards
