Requirements

• Adapt to varied assignments within medium‑ to large‑sized multidisciplinary teams.
• Hold a BS degree in civil or construction engineering.
• Pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and obtain EI designation by start date.
• Have prior intern or co‑op experience in civil or construction engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and effective time management.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and team skills for ongoing positive relationships.
• Be reliable, dependable, and willing to work extra hours when project demands require.
