• Post engaging content on social media platforms and highlight company work
• Plan and host local events such as home shows and farmers markets
• Coordinate with digital marketing partners for SEO, ads, and web presence
• Arrange meet‑and‑greets for the Business Manager with realtors, property managers, contractors, and community groups
• Answer calls, greet visitors, manage deliveries, and handle the phone system
• Convert website and phone leads into scheduled appointments
• Order flooring and materials, manage logistics, and enter invoices in QuickBooks
• Set up vendor/installer accounts and support project scheduling
• Maintain records in Salesforce and QuickBooks from lead to close
• Follow up with customers, send thank‑you notes and request reviews

• Minimum 2 years experience in office administration, customer service, or marketing (flooring/home services a plus)
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks proactively
• Strong storytelling skills and comfort with social media content creation
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Salesforce, QuickBooks, Excel, and other office tech
• Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of multitasking
• Excellent interpersonal skills focused on delivering great customer experiences
• Availability for occasional weekend or after‑hours events
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
