Oversee the construction project as per the Company’s quality & safety requirements
Timely reminders to all the contractors and consultants highlighting the delays in schedule, deviations in design, cost, proper filling and document management system to be adopted for the documents and correspondence.
Manage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support and ensure they develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects
Responsible for overall delivery of designated project within timelines, budget & quality standards
Control issue of materials at site & track consumption against estimated quantities
Site planning for site logistics, temporary site set up and model apartment, goods vehicle circulation, visitors circulation, in accordance to handing over phases.
Implementation of company policy at project site
Setting targets to achieve milestone as per master schedule and motivate / train the staff to achieve the same
Conducting periodical progress review meetings
Responsible for overall planning & execution of the Project
Communication and co-ordination with management, contractors, subordinates for completing the various projects successfully
Continuously monitor and manage the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels to achieve project goals
Coordinate and ensure effective communication with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other related agencies.
Ensure Project close out with proper documentation from all Contractors. Documents to include Operations & Maintenance Manuals, As Build Drawings, Warranties, Tests Certificates, etc
Liaise with procurement team for timely communication of material specifications, indenting and sample selection; ensure continuous supply of material at project site
