The Administrator keeps daily operations aligned with Loenbro’s safety programs, client requirements, and regulatory expectations by maintaining records, coordinating safety meetings, supporting recognition programs, and facilitating onboarding and training for all workers on site.
- Maintain project‑level EHS records and SDS binders (digital or physical).
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to project, client, and corporate EHS systems (e.g., KPA Flex).
- Track completion of near‑miss, hazard ID, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate safety meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
- Support Good Catch/Near Miss recognition programs by collecting and forwarding submissions.
- Manage onboarding and verify worker certifications, licenses, and training paperwork.
- Schedule and facilitate toolbox talks, orientations, and training sessions; maintain sign‑in sheets and training rosters.
- Provide EHS administrative support to field supervisors and project managers, including safety boards, signage, and required postings.
- Assist with PPE issuance, tracking, and project‑level inventory requests.
- Collect, file, and upload JHAs, permits, LOTO, confined‑space, and hot‑work documents.
- Document incidents, prepare reports, collect statements, and upload information into EHS systems; track corrective actions to closure.
- Enter, verify, and maintain EHS data with high accuracy; support audits by preparing reports and correcting data gaps.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in safety or project administration, strong computer skills (Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, LMS/EHS platforms), high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with field teams. A valid driver’s license is required, and professional certifications such as CDS, CTSP, or CHST are preferred.
