Overview
Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from planning to completion.

Tasks
-Manage RFI and submittal processes -Support the permitting, testing and inspection requirements of the project -Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously -Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices -Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site -Manage execution of contracts, bonds, insurance certificates, contract compliance, and warranties -Facilitate Owner and Subcontractor coordination/progress meetings and document meeting minutes -Monitor budgets, schedules, cost reports and job progress and review with the project team on a weekly basis -Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost -Oversee the estimating of assigned projects -Create a Schedule of Values and generate monthly payment applications -Develop and maintain the project schedule -Identify and mitigate project risks and issues -Resolve major disputes with subcontractors and vendors -Evaluate and track subcontractor change management -Provide Owner training to the end user and turn-over contract closeout deliverables -Provide prompt responses throughout project -Build strong relationships with client/owner, architect, subcontractors and suppliers -Manage change orders, extra work orders, and disputed claims to a successful conclusion -Complete material take-offs and establish cost estimates -Negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchase orders

What You Bring
-Developing leader and team player with a minimum 3 years experience in commercial construction. -Strong work ethic and goal oriented -Display strong time management and decision-making skills -Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment. -Familiar with owner contract requirements and delivery methods -Experienced with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Bluebeam required -Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors. -Experience with restaurants, retail, office, interiors, renovations, etc. is a plus. -Strong attention to detail and organization
