Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

• Review and process client billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and support monthly closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Manage and oversee the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements

We’re currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our clients. DACK Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of ADP and other accounting systems.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
