Technical Control: Review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to track steel consumption/utilisation accurately. Review detailed drawings, raise RFIs, and coordinate with the Design team/Consultants for closure.
Planning & Coordination: Prepare micro-plans in coordination with the Planning team to ensure optimal resource utilisation. Coordinate with the purchase team for material planning.
Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of civil works for high-rise residential towers, ensuring completion within time, quality, and safety standards.
Resource & Contractor Management: Handle team mobilisation and coordinate with the Project Manager to finalise and manage petty/small contractors at the site.
