Build & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and developers.
Maintain updated databases of clients,brands & corporates.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Corporate, Retail, Warehouse & Industrial Leasing.
Coordinate client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
1–5 years of experience in Corporate / Retail / Warehouse / Industrial Leasing.
Strong negotiation, communication & client-handling skills.
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can drive leasing opportunities across Corporate Offices, Retail Spaces, Warehouses, and Industrial Properties. Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
