Description

Operate rock crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas around the crushing plant
Identify wear parts and communicate replacement needs (belts, screens, jaw plates, etc.)
Load or feed materials into the crusher using loaders, excavators, or other machinery (if applicable)
Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and minor maintenance on crusher equipment
Record production data as required
Communicate with supervisor or plant manager regarding production needs or issues
Assist maintenance staff with repairs and scheduled servicing
Inspect equipment daily and report hazards, malfunctions, or needed repairs
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA/MSHA regulations
Monitor material flow, gradation, and product quality
Monitor equipment performance and make basic on-the-spot adjustments
Adjust crusher settings to achieve required material size and production output
Requirements

Previous experience working with heavy equipment or in aggregate
Certified training
Understand demolition means and methods
