Perform safety audits and implement safety program
Achieve Swinerton productivity objectives by effectively managing and assigning tasks to crew members, while maintaining an accurate labor tracking log and communicating with other key project personnel
Supervise all field production activities
Ensure that the proper safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required work
Adhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures
Establish project goals and monitor the success of the goals throughout the project
Provide assistance to the Foreman in planning the job, ordering materials and manpower
Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues
Coordinate subcontractors for Superintendent
Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment
Monitor labor efficiencies, project the labor needs for the duration of the project
Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed
Ensure compliance with all work completed, policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to Foreman

Proficient in basic computer programs including but not limited to excel, word, blue beam, BIM 360 field and field
Display hand-to-eye coordination, mathematical skills, strength, stamina, and be detailed orientated
Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including project owners, architects, management, crew members, etc.
Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a General Foreman Carpenter or in a similar role
Must hold a current Journeyman Carpenter license/certificate (if required by the applicable state, city or county)
