Front Line Lube Technician

• Safety: You must follow safety protocols and procedures when handling lubricants and working with machinery.
• Teamwork: Working effectively with other team members to ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
• Applying lubricants: You will apply various types of lubricants, including oils, greases, and other specialized fluids, to different parts of machinery and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Carefully following procedures and ensuring proper lubrication.
• Record-keeping: You will keep records of lubrication activities, including the types of lubricants used, the frequency of lubrication, and any issues encountered.
• Maintaining equipment: You will ensure that equipment is properly lubricated, which helps prevent wear and tear, reduces friction, and extends the lifespan of machinery.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment. Depending on the role, you may also be required to go through the security vetting process for either a Counter Terrorist Check or Security Check clearance.

• Technical Skills: A strong understanding of machinery, lubrication principles, and the properties of different lubricants.
• Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve lubrication-related problems.
• As our Lubrication Technician you will require physical stamina as often you will work in physically demanding environments and may need to lift or carry heavy items.
• Troubleshooting: You will be involved in diagnosing and addressing lubrication-related issues or problems.
• Knowledge of equipment: You will need to be knowledgeable about the types of equipment they are working on and the specific lubrication requirements of each piece of equipment.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other workers and supervisors.
