10+ years FM experience with minimum 5 years in senior market leadership roles
Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities within secure environments
Experience with secure facility operations and government oversight protocols
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proven track record managing FM operations across multiple sites and working with multiple client contacts
Deep understanding of FM systems, sustainability programs, and H&S implementation for defense facilities
