Organize and facilitate drug screenings, background checks, and new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks and special projects, including data compilation, analysis, and generating reports for leadership.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic databases for HR forms and employee records.
Process employee terminations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the workflow.
Coordinate employee training sessions and distribute relevant materials to keep our team informed and empowered.
Partner with the HR Manager to manage the entire hourly hiring process, including drafting compelling job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Help maintain company policies and procedures, updating electronic databases as needed to ensure compliance and clarity.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, supporting a culture of trust.
Play a key role in orienting and onboarding new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, PTO, and benefits questions—providing accurate, timely, and respectful support.
Assist with organizing employee events and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Minimum of two years’ experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration. Experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Consistently demonstrate reliable attendance and a collaborative attitude.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Ability to analyze issues independently and work effectively under deadlines.
Flexibility to travel or work evenings and weekends when required.
