Provision of high-quality advice and analysis to clients and staff.
Conduct site inspections for roads, drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure
Review and completion of Contractor progress claims.
Manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
Learn from and be mentored by senior engineers and directors on projects that combine technical rigor with sustainability and community impact
Supervise daily site works and ensure compliance with plans and standards
Supervise, develop and mentor junior staff.
Monitor progress, report issues, and assist in construction scheduling
Supervise and manage the delivery of multiple subdivision projects in SEQ region
