Human Resources Coordinator

Description

• Provides day-to-day operational support and project support to the Human Resources Department.
• Assists with maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment transactions and activities.
• Assists with employee on boarding.
• Maintains confidential and electronic files, logs, and records.
• Assists with employee recruitment, including application and/or resume review.
• Provides process and administrative support for employment, payroll, and benefits enrollment functions.
• Generates, maintains, and distributes reports.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in human resources or related field
• Successful ability to take initiative, adapt, prioritize and multi-task when faced with changing priorities or competing demands within a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, client service skills,
• Successful ability to work independently and within a team
• Effective organizational, planning and administrative skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
• At least 1 year human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting capacity
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective ability to maintain confidential information, exercise utmost discretion, and
