Mobile Engineer

Description

The role involves diagnostics, hardware and software repair, component replacement, and ensuring top-quality standards before devices reach the retail stores.

• Conduct software troubleshooting, resets, testing, and quality checks
• Support store teams with technical escalations if needed
• Follow ESD and safety procedures at all times
• Perform hardware repairs: screen replacements, batteries, cameras, charging ports, etc.
• Maintain detailed logs of all repairs and parts used
• Refurbish devices to meet Carbon’s retail standards
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook, Apple Watch, iPad)
• Collaborate with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure smooth device flow

Requirements

✅ Work in high-traffic, iconic mall locations

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer with strong hands-on skills in Apple device repair and refurbishment.

• Proven experience repairing Apple devices (iOS essential)
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Stable work history and reliability
• Experience with mobile hardware and electronics repair (Android is a plus)
• Currently based in UAE (no relocation)
