The Sr. Maintenance Technician role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial, commercial, and some residential equipment site‑wide, offering a high percentage of hands‑on "wrench time" across multiple trades.

- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and schedule work to minimize building disruptions
- Perform and delegate maintenance tasks, order parts, and manage inventory
- Respond promptly and courteously to client requests following JLL guidelines
- Review system data and develop maintenance recommendations with the Chief Engineer
- Maintain system documentation and update preventative maintenance procedures
- Monitor contractor work quality and assist with annual contractor reviews
- Mentor junior technicians and provide feedback on maintenance procedures

- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant experience in building engineering with strong technical machinery background
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, contractors, and co‑workers
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Safety‑minded approach and ability to maintain a clean, safe workplace
- Experience working in greenhouse environments
- Experience with greenhouse climate systems
- Electrical experience and wire‑running capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience operating electric hand tools and motor vehicles

This position is onsite in Woodland, CA, on the second shift (2:30 PM‑11 PM, Monday‑Friday) with on‑call responsibility, does not provide visa sponsorship, and offers an estimated salary of $35‑$40 k per year.
