Experience with large excavation equipment including dozers, track hoes, tractors, scrapers etc.
Self-motivated with the ability to working productively without constant supervision
Ability to plan scopes of work 2-3 weeks out
Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience reading blueprints/plans
