Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client and interface with the site Property Manager to ensure acceptable service levels are maintained for in-scope services
Work closely with the site Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and assist the Account Director in planning the team's goals and objectives
Utilize the site CMMS (Corrigo) system and work closely with the Corrigo Program Analyst to maintain/optimize the system
Directly manage the JLL Maintenance Associate team that provides mail/shipping and light maintenance services
Manage the JLL and Client soft service budget and provide financial reporting as required
Solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus
Process JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work
Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems
Directly manage 3rd party soft service providers including but not limited to janitorial, security, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, pest control, and mail/shipping
