

Ordering office supplies and overseeing basic office maintenance.
Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, CPD sessions, and training bookings for the team.
Providing general administrative support across the team, including managing post, emails, filing, printing, document control, and expense processing.
Serving as the primary point of contact: handling phone calls, responding to enquiries, and greeting clients and visitors.
Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy, well-supplied, and ready for guests at all times.
Organising internal social events and helping with external client-facing functions.
Assisting with IT support in collaboration with external suppliers.
Contributing to updates for the practice website and managing social media activity.
This is a diverse and fulfilling position at the core of the practice, working closely with directors and project architects to keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will help convey the studio’s polished, welcoming, and creatively driven atmosphere.
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or comparable design software.
A confident, professional, and friendly communication style, both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.
Experience using document management platforms (such as Blueroom).
Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter).
Event coordination experience.
Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
