Interacting with subcontractors and vendors to support project needs

Reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
Participating in site walks, field inspections, and project meetings
Assisting with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation

Requirements

Familiarity with construction documents, estimating software, and Excel-based cost models
Basic understanding of construction means and methods, low-voltage systems, or interior buildouts, a plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Actively enrolled in an accredited Engineering, Construction Management, or related program. May 2027 Graduation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit
Learning and using construction management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam
