Description

• Support event logistics coordinated by the wider team, which may include (room layout, AV requests, signage, catering requirements, guest coordination, and post-event breakdown)
• Process incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate record keeping and optimum storage. Ensure stock rooms are organised and tidy.
• Provide a polished and engaging first impression to employees, clients, and visitors.
• Provide coverage and support for Front-of-House and Facilities roles during peak periods or absences
• Conduct regular checks on all client event spaces to ensure post event breakdowns and room resets are being actioned in a timely manner, and room presentation is of the utmost importance. Including coordinating with cleaners and catering team as required.
• Manage the distribution of office supplies, stationery, and other stock items. Whilst maintaining accurate inventory records and proactively replenishing to anticipate supply needs.
• Provide daily pantry restock to all floors for kitchen essentials
• Liaise with suppliers or contractors where required
• Act as a daily point of contact for coordination between reception, facilities, and client stakeholders
• Assist with hosting events and providing clear direction of visitors upon arrival, especially during peak activity.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area and assist the team with meeting room bookings
• Ensure meeting spaces and amenities are ready for use

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role delivering a high standard of workplace experinece
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – approachable, confident, and client-oriented
• Ability to lift and move furniture and stock items up to 20kg. There will be material handling equipment provided to assist.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Adaptability and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
