Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities as needed for optimal facility operations
Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances to ensure fiscal responsibility
Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems
Assist Regional IFM Team across all service lines with tactical planning for team goals and objectives
Provide overall FM support through management of service requirements, vendor setup, communications, and process controls
Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for excellent coordination and execution
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting for accurate financial management
Ensure appropriate follow-up with JLL management, BP partners, and service providers for seamless operations
Manage and maintain regional integrated facility management tasks as assigned
Assist sourcing and supply chain with vendor engagement, setup, and management for services required at site level
Serve as vendor management and JLL liaison for third-party service providers
Ensure work aligns with proper safety controls within partner environment with minimal disruption
Perform other related duties as assigned to support comprehensive facility management
Coordinate and provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed for client or JLL
Manage work orders in Corrigo CMMS system while tracking maintenance activities to completion

Experience with security system administration and maintenance
Proficiency with JLL's Corrigo CMMS system for work order management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating and maintaining reports and logs
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision effectively
Understanding of sourcing and supply chain processes in facility management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement
Minimum two years of industry experience with facility or property administration
Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with integrated facility management across multiple service lines
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills with capability of customizing administrative reports
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate task management
Superior customer service skills and orientation for exceptional client interaction
Ability to perform well in fast-paced environment while planning and managing work safely under time constraints
Background in vendor management and third-party service provider coordination
Strong collaborative working style with ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field
