- Review and study structural and architectural drawings of the project then produce fabrication and erection drawings using SDS, Tekla or other software.
- RFI creation, implementation, and coordination.
- Collaborate with the steel team, engineering team, clients, and other departments to develop a clear understanding of the required specifications and overall design.
- Utilize your knowledge of loads and how they transfer throughout a structure.

- SDS and/or Tekla utilization experience; Wilhelm uses Tekla for their drafting/detailing software
- 4+ years of Steel Detailer experience.
- Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership
- Familiarity with Heavy Structural Steel industry detailing standards.
- Organized and systematic
- Proactive Problem Solver with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Superior understanding of structural steel and miscellaneous iron, including stairs and rails.
