MBK Senior Living operates senior living communities offering care and services to residents.
The Concierge works the front desk on a rotating schedule (Friday & Saturday 2 pm‑10 pm; Sunday & Monday 6 am‑2 pm) and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones promptly, managing mail, handling resident requests, and maintaining a neat, organized lobby.
Key duties also involve monitoring the visitor log, maintaining lost‑and‑found items, ordering administrative supplies, following safety protocols for office equipment, supporting department heads with administrative tasks, tracking meal attendance, and promoting a positive, professional image in line with MBK’s core values.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, pass a background check and TB test, and demonstrate excellent English communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer programs, professional demeanor, and adherence to grooming standards are required.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move intermittently throughout the community, and safely push a resident’s wheelchair. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.
MBK Senior Living puts people first—both residents and team members. Guided by the Japanese concept Yoi Shigoto, which means “good, quality work,” the company strives to build trust, set high standards, and develop potential. Whether you seek a flexible, part‑time role or a long‑term career, MBK offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Team members enjoy a supportive community that celebrates personal and professional growth. The environment is fun‑filled, energetic, and centered on hospitality and high‑quality service. Competitive salaries, professional coaching, education loan assistance, financial and legal services, discounts, and health‑and‑wellness resources are part of the employee experience.
Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage and 401(k) matching up to 4%, as well as childcare and eldercare assistance and flexible spending accounts.
