Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets in the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey areas.
Represent the company in client meetings, interviews, and industry events to promote services.
Develop technical proposals tailored to client needs.
Work with internal business groups for cross-sale opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

8+ years in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
PE license in good standing.

Strong understanding of HVAC, piping systems, and applicable codes (mechanical, plumbing).
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for project execution and client support.
Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainable design practices.
