Track and support maintenance of Mortenson crane support equipment, including jibs, wire rope, track pads, lights, data loggers, spare part supplies, crane mats, and other associated inventory items.
Participate in equipment facility safety program, including environmental surveys and responsibility for Mortenson's Zero Injury policy.
Inspect Mortenson-owned cranes and equipment on project sites and at vendor facilities.
Coordinate with vendors to expedite repairs, secure parts, or identify replacement equipment.
Serve as the point of contact for project and crane superintendents needing advanced maintenance or troubleshooting support.
Track downed cranes, document issues, monitor repair status, and communicate path to resolution.
Draft vendor lease agreements and contracts
Conduct trend analysis and provide feedback to operators to prevent recurring issues.
Partner with project teams to ensure crane availability and reliability for project schedules.
Manage crane assignments, location tracking, transportation between jobsites, and winter storage planning.
Coordinate, track, and execute maintenance and utilization plans for Mortenson-owned cranes.
Monitor annual certifications, preventative maintenance schedules, and repair work.
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
Provide subject matter expertise to other Equipment Specialists and support integration of crane-related maintenance data into associated systems.
