The firm is expanding its South Florida practice and seeks an experienced Tax Director to lead and grow the $18 million practice from Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role includes limited travel and may include relocation assistance.
Ideal candidates have an active CPA and/or JD, 8+ years of tax experience at a Big 4 or large firm, and demonstrated leadership in client service and practice expansion. Industry experience in real estate, private equity, technology/life sciences, industrials/consumer goods, or similar is preferred, with international experience considered a plus.

- Active CPA and/or JD license (MST or LLM a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of tax experience in a Big 4, large national, or regional firm with leadership experience.

- Ability to motivate teams, influence results, and solve complex problems.
