Assist with all activities inside a building, ensuring health and safety standards are met
Review invoices and work with Finance Team to validate and request Purchase Orders
Coordinate Office and Parking Space Allocations
Schedule regular maintenance of equipment (FCU’s, Water/Ice Systems, Security, Coffee, etc.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (AED, First Aid Kits, etc.)
Restock office and kitchen supplies as needed (Paper towels, forks, spoons, etc.)
Assist in backing up for building security badging
Ensure all fire alarms and AC units are in good working condition
Manage Facilities floor plans in Houston and Charleston Planon application as well as updating floor plans in AutoCAD
Assist Facilities Lead and Manager with major renovations and new construction
Work with Facilities Team to monitor USPC Facilities mailbox requests at all times
Schedule repairs and maintenance on all appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
May supervise many personnel during furniture installations and office moves and relocations
Coordinate office signage and scheduling relocation of personnel
Ensuring lighting, heating, AC and ventilation systems are operating providing a good working environment for occupants (work with property management)

Strong organizational, observation skills and attention to detail
Experience and proficient in AutoCAD and Planon preferred

Strong team player who can work well with others
Must have a valid driver's license
