What you would be doing

- Picking required equipment and consumables based on field team requests and preparing them for collection
- Assisting with stock control processes including weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts
- Scanning equipment in and out of relevant systems to maintain accurate location tracking
- Checking all deliveries against documentation and ensuring safe storage
- Performing general warehouse housekeeping to ensure clean, tidy, and hazard-free environment
- Packaging and dispatching customer orders according to requirements
- Supporting facilities management including forklift operation and small building maintenance tasks
- Maintaining and issuing PPE and work clothes to surveyors and field crews
- Issuing surveying equipment and consumables to field teams as required
- Carrying out equipment movement between buildings (batteries, surveying equipment)
- Receiving and processing incoming goods and materials both physically and onto relevant systems
- Assisting with waste management duties and fleet vehicle management checks

- Valid clean UK manual driving license
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- IT skills including proficiency in Outlook and Excel
- Counterbalance forklift truck license
- Previous experience using stock control systems
- Strong teamwork ethic and flexibility in approach
- Previous logistics/stores/warehouse experience
- "Can do" attitude with willingness to work collaboratively to support operational teams
- Ability to carry out manual handling activities safely and effectively
