Interpret client briefs and coordinate the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, Arcadis standards, and regulatory requirements

Ensure technical delivery, quality assurance, and commercial performance-driven design across all RIBA stages

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with proven capability in client presentations
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BIID, RIBA, ARB, or similar) preferred
Demonstrated experience across all RIBA Work Stages, with a deep understanding of workplace design principles and strategy
Proficiency in Revit, CDE platforms, and knowledge of other industry-standard design software
Accredited with or actively pursuing BREEAM, WELL, or equivalent sustainability credentials (advantageous)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Design Management
10+ years' experience with a strong record of leading workplace design projects in the UK
Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for delivering transformative, people-focused work environments
Experience delivering projects in a BIM environment
Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
