Investment Analyst

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed investment memos and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate and quantify risks associated with specific investments
• Underwriting & Modelling: Build and maintain granular Excel cashflows (acquisition, development, hold/sell), scenario/sensitivity analysis, waterfall mechanics, and KPI dashboards.
• Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes for potential investments

A specialist UK logistics & industrial development and asset manager focused on executing value-add and development strategies is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their growing team prompted by recent acquisitions and growing PE partner interest. The role will support origination, underwriting, due diligence and execution of UK urban logistics acquisitions and developments, with heavy Excel modelling exposure and a PE pace of work.

• Knowledge of UK financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and logistics industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years proven experience as an Investment Analyst, preferably within the logistics or related sectors.
• Advanced Excel skills (nested formulas, data tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, sensitivities).
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of making data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A salary range of £40,000 - £55,000, dependant on experience, plus a discretionary, performance related bonus at PE level.
