Resolve customer concerns, quality issues, and disputes involving products, services, or administration in a timely and professional manner
Oversee Ready Mix administration to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of discrepancies
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with quality and service levels, provide relevant technical information to assist in resolving quality or specification challenges
Lead, mentor, provide technical guidance, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets
Establish Ready Mix pricing annually and for project-specific opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while actively promoting products and services; ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and technical specifications
Collaborate with dispatch and operations supervisors to ensure customer orders and expectations are consistently met
Delivering ongoing training and professional development to ensure sales representatives maintain strong technical expertise
Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategy
Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan
Manage the sales administration function, including performance reporting and process optimization
