- Collaborate with a team on diverse utility projects.
- Read and interpret utility records, as‑built and survey drawings, and highway design plans.
- Designate existing utilities using electromagnetic and geophysical technologies.
- Operate and drive a vacuum excavation truck, performing test holes to expose utilities.
- Apply appropriate traffic maintenance and process “One‑Call” tickets.
- Coordinate survey work related to SUE and supervise field crew activities.
- Train junior crew members and represent Colliers in the field, communicating with utility companies.

- Minimum 2 years experience with electromagnetic/geophysical designating technologies; vacuum excavation experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software; basic computer skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and safety‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather, walking several miles daily, and lifting equipment up to 80 lb.
- Clean driving record with good driving skills; occasional travel, overtime, nights/weekends as needed.
- Proficient in English for reading, writing, and verbal instructions.

Candidates must possess a clean driving record and be prepared for occasional travel, overtime, and night or weekend work.
