Ability to review project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, schedules, etc.) and evaluate the completeness for the respective phase of design and/or construction
Demonstrated customer service decision-making, problem-solving negotiations and interpersonal skills
CMR delivery method experience preferred
Extensive experience in managing and influencing diverse work groups and project teams
Thorough knowledge of architectural/engineering design and construction
Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of project and construction management
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management discipline
Must be able to analyze requested design/construction changes and to manage the change process
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office projects
Ability to engage in the resolution of potential claims and change orders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively utilizing limited resources to achieve complex goals
Ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects concurrently
