The Role

Overview

Manage and control multi‑discipline schedules for Pre‑FEED, FEED & EPC projects.

Tasks

-Review change orders for schedule impact. -Perform periodically critical path analysis to identify potential problems early enough for the project team to react and correct the situation. -Prepare PMC weekly and monthly reports. -Develop the schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities. -Provide oversight and review of the EPC contractor planning and scheduling including EPC contractors staffing plans, manpower histograms, project progress measurement, etc. -Initiate and participate in Interactive Planning sessions. -Review earned value analysis based on input from construction team and Contractor and compare to progress reflected in schedule. -Identify key schedule and progress issues to project and project controls management to allow timely corrective action. -Administration of schedule forecasts, Critical Path Analysis. When required perform Monte Carlo analysis for the level 3 Schedule. -Contributing to the setup of the Project Management and Project Controls tools, systems, processes, and procedures. -Take all contractor schedule and integrate into master schedule. -Review and comment Contractor Schedules, Cost forecasts, Progress Measurement methodology. -Review Contractors’ invoices and make recommendations for payment of undisputed amounts. -Support for cash flow development, reporting and analysis. -Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system. -Establish Rules of Credit and Progress Measurement procedure in cooperation with Contractors. -Review and comment contractor’s construction plan/schedule for contract compliance, logical sequence, review schedule’s integrity for logic links, resource loading and perform critical path analysis/float analysis. -Plan and manage the execution of the multidiscipline PreFEED, FEED & EPC project control deliverables reviews in both local and Contractor international offices. -Accountable to Controls Manager for timely and accurate input of data, thorough and accurate review and analysis of schedules, and timely and accurate document production.

What You Bring

-Must have a proven track record of executing planning and scheduling activities in multiple projects in Design & Engineering, Procurement and Construction in the oil and gas industry and field experience in EPC environment. -High level of understanding of management of schedule interfaces across multifunctional Company and Contractors’ groups.
