As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning operations across Defence living, working, and recreational spaces, including messes, kitchens, bars, and function areas. The role combines leadership with operational oversight to deliver high‑quality, efficient cleaning services.
Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory or cleaning experience, an optional Certificate III in First Aid, strong multitasking and time‑management skills, proficiency with Windows‑based office systems, and a detail‑oriented, safety‑focused mindset. Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance is required, meaning the applicant must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police check.
