Monitoring the BMS System to ensure optimal performance.
Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, including fault finding and repairs.
Handling additional tasks as directed by your line manager, including working at height and in various weather conditions.
Inspecting, sampling water, and assessing risks to maintain system integrity.
Repairing mains water supply and address life-expired equipment.
Supporting zero carbon initiatives, contributing to sustainability goals.
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met across the contract.
Performing statutory works on time, ensuring compliance.
