The Technical Services Specialist supports the South East Asia (SEA) and ANZ Technical Services Manager, driving operational excellence, governance and consistency across a multi‑country portfolio. Acting as a crucial link between the Regional Manager and local site teams, the role provides hands‑on support for reporting, audit preparation, vendor performance tracking and the rollout of regional strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and consolidate regional KPIs and SLAs, analysing performance against targets.
- Prepare high‑quality monthly management reports highlighting progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation and auditing of EHS programs and regional governance frameworks.
- Drive standardisation of technical best practices, operational procedures and PPM standards across all sites.
- Provide critical support during regional emergencies, coordinating communications and resources.
- Facilitate rollout and tracking of initiatives such as CMO, energy‑saving projects and sustainability efforts.
- Identify and recommend process, efficiency and cost improvements within Technical Services.
- Support deployment and utilisation of digital BMS, IoT systems and CMMS platforms.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensure contractual compliance and oversee documentation submission.
- Assist in preparing annual operating budgets, tracking financial performance and analysing variances.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Site Services Managers, Technical Leads and regional client stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor in‑country Technical Leads, promote a culture of zero‑downtime, safety and continuous learning.
- Travel periodically across SEA & ANZ for site visits, audits and major project rollouts.
- Maintain impeccable stakeholder management and people skills across diverse technical and non‑technical audiences.

- Possess at least 4 years of engineering or technical services experience and 2 years in a multi‑site or regional support role.
- Hold a professional qualification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Show advanced proficiency with data management tools such as Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and budget tracking.
- Exhibit autonomous decision‑making, problem‑solving ability in high‑pressure, cross‑country environments.
- Adapt quickly to fast‑paced, high‑volume regional demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
