Systems Integration and Implementation Engineer

Description

• IT Coordination: Work closely with central IT teams to report and resolve system errors and code issues.
• Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.
• Data Analysis: Review and interpret system data to improve performance and reliability.
• Project Compliance: Ensure all system activities align with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Firmware Upgrades: Manage and apply firmware updates based on project needs; coordinate with vendors.
• Identify sync delays and root causes.
• Monitor time taken for data synchronization across systems.

Requirements

• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of system design and integration principles
• IT & Business Learning: Be proactive in learning business processes and applying IT knowledge to improve them.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewall settings, and cybersecurity basics
• Familiarity with vendor-neutral platforms and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to analyze sync delays, error codes, and system logs
• Exposure to biometric systems, or IoT integrations
• Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
• Master-Slave Systems: Understand and troubleshoot face registration systems used for workmen tracking.
• Familiarity with face recognition systems or similar biometric setups
• Experience with firmware management and vendor coordination
• Understanding of project documentation and compliance standards
